Pineapple Beef Stirfry

Ok so I so went out of my comfort zone tonight for dinner. Will and I get so tired of eatting the samething over and over again. So i was browsing the Kraft website and stumbled across this. So i'm waiting on the hubby to get home to taste it. Pictures will be following soon. And thanks to my good friend Patti i now know how to cook a flank steak. Here is the recipe. I will also let you know how it taste lol.

1 (8oz can) pineapple chunks
1 tbsp oil
1 beef flank steak
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch (i didnt have an so i used flour and it worked)
1/4 cup A-1 orginal steak sauce (i thought the same thing)
1 onion cut into pieces
2 cups hot rice

Drain pineapples reserving the juice and set that aside
Heat oil in lg skillet on medium heat
Add meat and cook until you reach your prefrence ( i cooked mine for about 10 minutes on each side then took it off the stove and went on and cut it up into bitesize pieces)
Add pineapple and onions
cook and stir for 2 minutes

Mix the reserved pineapple juice, water and cornstarch(or flour) until well blended
add steak mixtures cook 1 minute or until thick
stir constantly and remove from heat
stir in steak sauce and serve over white rice

this was dinner.. we also had a nice side salad with it :)
it was very yummy the hubby also agreed!!
