ok so today wasnt the best lol but i still got in some good calories :)

woo hoo im on a roll now ..

ok so my fat intake is alil high but we are working on this :)

so breakfast was alittle late today due to weigh in .. woot woot 2lbs gone this week (total loss in 2 weeks 5lbs)

i will say that dinner took me almost 30minutes to eat

so this morning i had breakfast with a good friend and she is helping learn how to make good healthy choices and how to make some really yummy stuff :)

but today was the day i found out i had to do 2500calorie diet and had to get in 200g of protein.

pita bread pizza with tomatoes onions and cheese
1/2c cantaloupe
1c watermelon
1 strawberry

6oz hamburger (extra lean)
2 wheat thins
lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, avocado
ww cream cheese ( i very rarely use mayo)
1/2c cottage cheese
1/2c of cantaloupe
1/2 mixed fruit

bedtime snack
skinny cow fudge bar

just if anyone is wondering.. im suppose to be eatting 7-8 small meals a day now. 4 small meals and 4 snacks. just wanted to clarify that lol

So ive decided im going to use this for an everything blog lol updates on my family and our new lifestyle lol. so be prepared to be either bored or really entertained lol.

May14th
so my daily calorie intake that day was:

ok so yeah this was considered a very low day. as of today's date im on a 2500 calorie diet and 200 of that has to be straight protein.

1c oatmeal with 2 packs of splenda and 2 sprays of zero everything butter
1c 1% milk

lunch
2 grilled ckn wraps
dr pepper ( last one ive had)

dinner
6oz sirloin steak
mashed potatoes (plain not loaded)
house salad with a low fat ranch
unsweet tea with equal packet

its so different now when im having to watch every little thing i have to put in my mouth.

Weight Loss Journey

So the reality is I have a very long journey ahead of myself. I'm trying to get through this the best way I can. Why is food such an addiction? Why is it when I'm happy, sad, lonely or bored i want to indulge in something. Whoever said dieting was easy must be as skinny as a a sheet of paper :) but let me stop being so negative. These past couple weeks have been so refreshing and cleansing. I'm looking forward to the upcoming weeks, weigh ins and appointments. I'm just keeping my eyes set to the end of the tunnel. I'm almost to my 50lb goal. Bring on Wednesday :)

Hello All

Hello everyone :)
Today is May 3rd 2010

Oh so much has been going on since I last posted. Ian is 18 months old weighing in at 32lbs and is 35in tall. He is getting so big and his vocabulary
is getting bigger. I just can't get over how big he is getting.

Will is working alot and hardly home but that is all part of the job. :)

As for me, I'm beginning a new chapter in my life. I'm letting go of things and i'm going to concentrate on my family (Will, Ian and myself) I'm starting a new class today for college. Nothing else is really going on. I've learned alot in the last couple of weeks and i'm pretty sure these burns are going to stay with me. Oh well just another day right lol.
