Weight Loss Journey

So the reality is I have a very long journey ahead of myself. I'm trying to get through this the best way I can. Why is food such an addiction? Why is it when I'm happy, sad, lonely or bored i want to indulge in something. Whoever said dieting was easy must be as skinny as a a sheet of paper :) but let me stop being so negative. These past couple weeks have been so refreshing and cleansing. I'm looking forward to the upcoming weeks, weigh ins and appointments. I'm just keeping my eyes set to the end of the tunnel. I'm almost to my 50lb goal. Bring on Wednesday :)
