ok so im 8 over on my carbs and no enough on my protein but can a girl get a hand clap lol i feel like i seriously ate all day..
breakfast
2c of multigrain cheerio's
1.5c 2% milk
snack
21 nuts
lunch
turkey on sandwich thins (wheat of course)
ww cream cheese 1/2 serving
lettuce
tomato
avocado
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 strawberries
1/2 serving of veggie straws
snack
sugar free pudding
dinner
2oz Spaghetti (whole wheat) (2oz equals about 1c cooked noodles)
1/2 cup sauce
2oz of lean beef
1c shredded lettuce
1/2c tomatoes
2tbsp of low fat ranch
1/2c apple
1/2c orange
1/2c strawberries
i will say that dinner took me almost 30minutes to eat
snack
skinny cow fudge bar
bed time snack (and it was because i was lacking my calories)
sugar free instant carnation breakfast
1c 2%milk
2tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter
2 toasted sandwich thins
banana
