woo hoo im on a roll now ..

ok so my fat intake is alil high but we are working on this :)

so breakfast was alittle late today due to weigh in .. woot woot 2lbs gone this week (total loss in 2 weeks 5lbs)

breakfast
whey protein shake (strawberry)
banana
yoplait yogurt

snack
2 grilled ckn snack wraps
1/2 apple

lunch
turkey sandwich on sandwich things
1/2 ww cream cheese
lettuce and tomato
1/2 serving veggie staws

snack
21 nuts

dinner (ok i was bad but i did good)
1.5 slices of pizza
1c lettuce
1/2c tomatoes
2tbsp of low fat ranch

snack
1/2c strawberries
1c cottage cheese
21 nuts
